Privacy Policy

Ochra Automation ("we", "us") is operated by PrimeX Meta Technology. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Ochra Automation, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Your account: name, email address, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
  • Connected accounts: when you connect an Instagram professional account, we receive its account ID, username, name, profile picture, and an access token. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Interactions your automations handle: comments and direct messages sent to your connected account, the sender's Instagram-scoped ID and username, and — only when an automation checks it — whether they follow your account.
  • Automations and activity: the automations you build and a log of each run.
  • Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status, not your card details.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the service: to run the automations you configure (replying to comments, sending messages, checking follow status), show you your activity, keep your connection active, bill you, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use data received from Instagram for advertising.

Data from Meta platforms

Data received through Instagram APIs is used in line with Meta's Platform Terms and only for the features you enable. You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the account in Ochra Automation or removing the app in your Instagram settings under "Apps and websites".

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and Meta (Instagram APIs).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Disconnecting an Instagram account deletes its stored access token immediately. See our data deletion instructions to delete your account and associated data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email aman@primexmeta.com.
